For propagation and maintenance of E. Coli. Low Salt Formula. Molecular Biology Grade.
Dissolve 20 grams in 1 liter distilled water. Then adjust pH to 7.2. Heat and frequently agitate to completely dissolve. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes.
